We are thrilled to announce that The Paradigm Group Inc. (TPGI) has successfully completed the Goldman Sachs' 10KSB WV Cohort on December 13, 2024. It was a great honor for TPGI to have been selected for this esteemed program, which is designed to support small businesses in their growth and development.

As a minority, woman-owned bespoke tech consulting firm based in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia, TPGI's participation in the 10KSB program is a testament to the impact that small business owners can have in rural pockets of America. The program has provided TPGI with the tools, resources, and network to take its business to the next level, creating new opportunities for economic growth and job creation in the region.

"We are proud to have completed the Goldman Sachs' 10KSB WV Cohort and grateful for the opportunity to be part of this prestigious program," said Angela Fielder, Founder and CEO of TPGI. "This experience has not only helped us refine our business strategy and operations but also connected us with a network of like-minded entrepreneurs and industry leaders. We are committed to paying it forward and supporting other small business owners in our community."

The completion of the 10KSB program by TPGI is a shining example of the impact that small business owners can have in rural America. It demonstrates that with the right support and resources, entrepreneurs in rural areas can succeed and thrive, creating jobs and driving economic growth in their communities.

TPGI's achievement is also a testament to the power of women in tech and black entrepreneurs in making a difference in their industries and communities. We hope that TPGI's story will inspire other small business owners, particularly those in underrepresented groups, to pursue their passions and strive for excellence.
